Do I really need a trial?

Let’s talk about the importance of your wedding hair and makeup trial

Maybe you already know that you like what your hairstylist & makeup artists do and you’ve already booked…that’s amazing and we can’t express enough how excited we are to work with you on your wedding day!

BUT!  Saving photos on Pinterest and screenshooting pictures of others hair and makeup is truly meant for inspiration only.  Loving the idea of something on someone else and seeing it on yourself can sometimes be a realization that what you thought you’d like…Isn’t actually what you like on yourself.  Or for that day, with your dress, or hair length or density.

Pay attention to inspirations with similar skin tones as you have, similar color hair (braids and other texture looks very different on blondes than they do on brunettes for example).  OH…. And there’s a very good chance she has extensions in her hair!!

Trials give you the chance to see if you actually do like more or less pulled back from your face, a darker lip color or more volume.  You get the chance to take photos of variations and look back (or ask opinions if you wish), walk outside in the mountain breeze…. Anything you need to do to see if your look is the right one for you on your super fabulous day!

Also, be sure to book your trial a good amount in advance… just in case extensions, more or less layers, etc are necessary for your dream style!
